This page explains what information Tradition Locksmith collects through traditionlocksmith.com and how we use it.
When you fill out our quote or contact form, we receive the details you type in: usually your name, phone number, email address, the area you are in and a description of the job. When you call or text us, we see your phone number.
We use your details only to reply to you, quote the job and do the work you ask for. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Before we open a lock we ask to see ID and proof that you live at the address or own the vehicle. We look at these documents on site. We do not keep copies unless the law requires it.
Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may record basic technical data such as your browser type, pages visited and an approximate location based on your IP address. Our area pages show embedded Google Maps, which are covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
